Rochester’s Cornerstone Group is seeking to hire a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in the Clifton Springs area.
$20-$23.00/hour based on experience.
Maintenance Technicians will be expected to perform tasks including, but not limited to:
- Be professional, calm and courteous to residents and staff.
- Take care of the overall outstanding daily upkeep of the property- all aspects, inside and out.
- Take pride in your craft.
- Take initiative.
- Take accountability.
- Schedule, coordinate, monitor and perform all maintenance, service requests, and repairs.
- Document daily maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed and vacancy status updates.
- Perform, monitor, inspect, and conduct evaluations necessary to prepare apartments for move in of future tenants.
- Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Work professionally, respectfully, ethically, and cooperatively at all times.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and building systems.
- Prior experience working in property management a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to respond to on-call shifts.
- Personal cell phone required (reimbursement included).
