Cleaner/Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $17 - $21/hour (based on experience) part-time 20 hours a week.
Property: Crossroads.
Our Crossroads community is operated under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This community is designated to facilitate the housing needs of low-income households and has 78 units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all outside grounds, inside and outside janitorial duties and light maintenance at designated site.
- Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.
- Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
- Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
- Performs snow removal and landscaping as required.
- Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
- Participates in On-call rotation (required).
- Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
- Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.
- Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years’ minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems required.
- Experience in property management is a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to required On-call.
- Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).
