We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team!
Part-time Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician.
Compensation: $17 - $21/hour (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall upkeep and appearance of the property.
- Ensure thorough and proper grounds upkeep, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
- Demonstrate initiative, pride, and accountability in daily tasks.
- Perform snow removal/landscaping as required, operating applicable machinery.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
- Assure outstanding curb appeal.
- Work professionally and cooperatively with the team.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Prior experience in landscaping, grounds, maintenance and light repairs.
- Experience in property management is a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to respond to On-call.
